# Request

Request (`frmRequest.aspx`) creates and manages legal case requests, including issue selection, attorney/firm assignment, case consolidation, and WCD number management. It is also the screen used to create new legal cases.

## Entry conditions
- Row select from [Case Search](frm-case-search.md), then menu navigation with case context set.
- Menu navigation from any other case-context screen while a case is in context.
- Insert (admin only) creates a new legal case from this screen.
